二：押金视入住房间不同收取200-500元不等。客人退房结清费用后押金全额退还。
三：公寓卫生制度严格，所有床上用品在客人到达前全部换洗干净，做到一客一换，同一客人一周一换.
四：客人入住期间，服务人员不会擅自进入到客人的房间;如遇特殊情况，将事先与客人联系。
五:租房期间不能携带宠物和易燃易爆及易传染病的物品。
六：您入住时，请检查房间设施是否齐全、完好，以及核对提供的收费用品数量是否正确。发现和我们的物品清单不一致的，请立刻与服务人员联系。
七:虽然我们安保措施齐全，但您携带的贵重物品还请自己妥善保管，因自身保管不慎丢失的，责任自负。
八:离开房间时请务必关掉水、电、空调、灯、换气扇等各开关，并上好锁，千万不可大意，防止水灾、火灾和被盗事件发生。
九:不得在房间从事嫖娼卖淫、吸毒贩毒等违法活动。
十:入住后需要缩短原定租期须提前一天告知，经我方确认后方生效;没有提前告知的 我方原则按原定住宿期收费。
十一: 如租住时间长， 每周换一次床上用品，打扫一次卫生，平时自己保持，特殊情况根据客人需要及时提供服务。
十二:带儿童入住的客人入住期间请教育您的孩子正确使用各类家用电器，一旦出现危险，后果自负。
十:严禁利用公寓房间进行违法犯罪活动，否则后果自负。

十四:为防止浪费，节约能源，保护环境，租赁期间短租客户每天送10度电，超出部分自理，按实际用量计费，费率按本楼物业收费标准执行，0.65元/度。租期在一月以上客户，房价会有所优惠，但是水电均需自理。
十五、租房期间请自觉遵守管理规定，文明租房，不做不利于安全、卫生和影响他人的事项。如不能遵守以上须知而发生问题或严重损害室内物品之不良现象，除给予公寓经济补偿外立即中止租住。
